BALL is a loud, heavy, agressive merciless tank formed in '98 and fronted by guitarist/singer Brian Tichy. Originally and still a drummer, Tichy decided to start his own band on guitar and vocals. Based in LA, he put BALL together with long time friends Joe Travers on drums and Fingers on bass. Their love for the wreckless live abandon of Led Zeppelin, The Who, Black Sabbath and Deep Purple fused together with more current heavy bands gives BALL its own sound.

In 2000, BALL signed with Time Bomb Recordings and recorded their debut CD, "American Aggression" in April. Brian then went out and played drums for Ozzy Osbourne for his "Ozzfest" summer tour.

After Ozzfest 200, Time Bomb started having distribution problems. BALL's CD has yet to be released. Ball is currently looking for a new deal. Please visit BallMusic.com for upcoming shows, etc...

BALL is more than ready to tour anywhere and everywhere. Their raw energy, finely-tuned chaos and East Coast roots make them stand out among all the trendiness found in the LA music scene. With the addition of 2nd guitarist Mark Dannells and new bassist Michael Devin, BALL's live sound has gotten all the more bigger.

In addition to "American Aggression", BALL has recorded a new 9 song CD, "A Study in Persistence". BALL is a band with one foot rooted in 70's hard rock/metal, yet realizes it's 2002. This band needs to be heard now!
